A $50 deposit is required at time of booking to secure event. By Venmo or credit card NOTE: DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE* *The deposit can be transferred for rescheduling your party.* *
LIABILITY, INSURANCE AND TERMS (WAIVER):Ivie Acres Farm (IVA hereafter) agrees to provide horse/pony rides and/orfarm animals for petting/viewing based on the above terms. Lessee agrees tohold harmless for himself or herself, and as parent, guardian, or next friend ofLessee’s minor child or children, and his or her their personal representatives,successors, and assigns for and in consideration of the use of IVA horses andfarm animals, to remiss, release, indemnify and forever discharge and holdharmless IVA its employees, agents, their successors and assigns of and fromany and all claims, demands, rights or causes of action in law or equity ofwhatsoever kind or nature arising from or by reason of, any and all known orunknown, foreseen or unforeseen bodily or personal injuries, damage toproperty and the consequences thereof which hereafter may be sustained bychild(ren) or by any other person(s) having legal interest therein consequencesof such future personal injuries or property damage arising from the use ofequipment, horses, ponies and/or farm animals of IVA
PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY: must closely supervise andbe responsible for their children at all times.
TERMS: A non-refundable deposit of $50 of the total amount due, is requiredto secure the event date. A signed agreement without an accompanyingdeposit renders this agreement null and void. This agreement serves as both acontract and event information.INSURANCE: IVA is fully insured for hand-led pony/horse rides, petting farmanimals and property damage. Insurance certificate available upon request.WARNING: Under Utah law, an equine professional is not liable for an injuryto or the death of a participant in equine and livestock activities resulting fromthe inherent risks of equine and livestock activities pursuant to the Statutes ofUtah Utah Code Ann. § 78-27b-101 (1994)
